STORY
A company grown from proof
FpeoAI Inc. was established as an independent company to deliver AI/DX consulting, in partnership with the Fpeo Labor and Social Security Attorney Corporation.
From January 2026, proofs of concept delivering Claude-powered solutions into the HR and labor workflows of three client companies of the Fpeo labor law firm were carried out. The combination of real demand and technical feasibility drove the decision to launch the AI/DX business as an independent company.
Our representative Soichiro Ishikawa leads the Fpeo labor law firm and, at the same time, personally designed and built its in-house HR SaaS platform. This combination — domain leadership plus hands-on engineering — lets us close the gap between business requirements and technical execution within a single person.
Built on the Fpeo labor law firm's base of 350+ client companies, its deep knowledge of Japanese labor law, and practical software engineering, we bring AI to HR and labor operations at Japan's mid-market enterprises.
